A scarce narrative by the famous Neale Press. Little early writing on the Stone's River {Murphfreesboro] major engagement in the Western Theater at the close of 1862. A near victory for Bragg that could of had important consequences for the Confederacy. As it was, Bragg finally had to retreat from Tennessee.
