Nevins I-174: “…good compilation of personal accounts…” Unit saw much action in the Union 2nd Corps. Coulter 463: “...based on diary and personal letters. The author was interested in many things such as cemeteries, plantations, sack of Fredericksburg, pillaging, etc.” Dornbusch I-267.
At Gettysburg, the unit was fragmented but most fought under General Webb at the Angle. An historic unit which was a part of all the major engagements in the East. Roster. Great portraits, no foxing.
