Nevins I-65: “…unquestionably one of the best Confederate memoirs of the War…” Krick 60: “…one of the best of Neale Confederate titles.” This a memoir, unit history and most importantly, the best biography of the great Cleburne. Overall a terrific copy.

Captain Buck was adjutant for the famous fighting Cleburne.
