Fantastic book! Loaded with myriad maps of this pivotable battle. When a situation changed the author added a new map to show the what has occurred. This make the flow of the campaign easy to follow and the illustrations fit hand in glove with the excellent narrative. Gottfried gets down to the regiment level in his drawings but the reader is not overwhelmed with confusing illustrations.
This a second edition without the colored maps.
