Virtually all aspects of the Civil War, both North and South, are covered in a first person narrative. Wonderful reading due to short and to the point narratives and the variety of subjects immediately at hand. Hard to put down once you start reading it.
Similar to MOLLUS accounts but with more subjects and accounts.
Likely owned by Pvt. Amaziah Bumgarner of the 1st Ohio Light Artillery. He was 23 upon his 1861 enlistment. Book came from an Ohio lending credibility to his ownership.
